Terms and Conditions
By booking and or purchasing tickets to events sold on our site you are accepting the following terms and conditions which will apply on all tickets purchased for applicable dates.

The Promoter/Brand
– Like It Love It
Personal Risk
– The ticket holder(s) accepts all risks and dangers incidental to the event for which the ticket is issued, whether occurring prior, during or after the event. The ticket holder agrees that the company, management, venue, event participants, ticketing platform and all their respective agents, officers, directors, owners, and employers are expressly released by the ticket holder from any claims arising from such causes.
Tickets Purchases
– All tickets are non-refundable unless for reasons under section 8 and are issued subject to the rules and regulations of the venue and or the promoter/Brand.
Purchase Restrictions
– All Like It Love It tickets are purchased as individual tickets. The Ticket Includes Entrance Only (drinks are available to purchase from the venue).
Age Restriction
– This event is 18+ (Adults Only).
Amendments
– All tickets purchased are non-changeable and mistakes cannot be rectified.
Standard Event Conditions
– The artists pictured in our event artwork are not performing unless advertised in the event description.

– The ticket includes entrance only (drinks are available to purchasenfrom the venue), unless advertised in the event description
– This is a standing event and seating is not guaranteed. Any available seating as based on a first come first served basis, unless stipulated on the ticket (i.e. VIP Booth)
– Last entry is firm. Customers who are not in the queue for the last entry time will be refused entry (unless agreed in writing by the Promoter/brand on a case-by-case basis)
Cancellation by the Promoter/Brand, Performer, or Venue
– Cancelled (Step 1)
Event Store Credit - You will be informed that your booking has been exchanged for a store credit to be used without limitation to the city or event theme, valid for 180 days from the notification period.
– Cancelled (Step 2)
Event Refund - It is your responsibility to contact us for information on receiving a refund from the responsible party. Refunds are limited to 28 days from the event cancellation notice. If you do not request a refund within 28 days of the cancellation notice you will forfeit your refund and will be provided with a store credit to be used without limitation to the city or event theme, valid for 180 days from the notification period.
Postponement, Re-Scheduled & Venue change
– The venue or promoter/brand will offer new tickets or a store credit providing the rescheduled show is within the same city location. The venue or promoter will inform you of the rescheduled show, it is your responsibility to ascertain the date and time of any rearranged event. A store credit can be used without limitation to the city or event theme listed on our website, valid for 180 days from the notification period. No refunds are granted in cases of event postponement.
Ticket Cancellation
– The promoter/brand or venue reserves the right to cancel customer tickets for no given reason. This does not affect your statutory rights and a full refund will be processed.
Changes to Event
– The promoter/brand will endeavour to notify ticket holders of any cancellation or changes to our events. We cannot guarantee that you will be informed of cancellation before the time of the event therefore check the validity of your ticket prior to the event.
Refunds
– Refunds are processed weekly this may take up to 8 working days for the banks to process the refund.
The Booking Fee
– All bookings fees charged and paid are non-refundable in all circumstances.
Outside our Control (Act of God/Government Restrictions)
– If an event is rescheduled due to an ‘Act of God’ and/or legal government restrictions put in place by the local or national government, the promoter/brand obtains the right to offer a rescheduled date. If you decline this, the promoter/brand will offer you a credit to the value of the original purchase. Strictly no refunds.
Ticket Holder Liability
– The promoter/brand or venue are not liable for any additional costs incurred by the ticket holder if an event is rescheduled or cancelled.
Event Changes
– Line up, performer and description changes may occur for multiple reasons which are outside our control. All reasonable action will be taken to replace the person(s) therefore no cause for compensation or refunds of any kind because of the changes.
Admission
– The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.
Ticket Purchase Restriction
– All tickets purchased and paid cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.
Pricing
– Ticket prices may vary depending on the event and we may introduce discounts or promotions at any stage of the event. This will not affect your statutory rights and you will not be entitled to any backdated partial refunds if you have purchased your tickets before any special offers were introduced.
Re-Sales of Ticket(s)
– It is prohibited that any ticket(s) are re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the promoter, venue management, ticketing platform or one of their authorised sub-agents, Tickets will be invalid, and the holder may be refused entry to or ejected from the venue.
Smoking
– The venue may operate a Non-Smoking Policy.
Drug Use
– The promoter/brand and our venues operate a zero-drug tolerance policy, if you are seen with drugs in the queue, within the venue or show any signs of drug abuse, you will be refused entry and / or asked to leave the premises without a refund for the event.
Personal Property
– The promoter/brand and venue management and ticketing platform accept no responsibility for any personal property.
Identification
– We reserve the right to remove any guests from the queue or the venue that are unable to produce a valid ID if requested on the day. Those found in breach of this will not be entitled to a refund.
Disability / Accessibility
– We understand disabilities can vary and impact people in a wide variety of ways. We aim to provide events for everyone, this is however dependent on the facilities that venues may offer. To ensure that all our users are treated fairly and inclusively, we take the position that all customers should consider their personal circumstances before booking an event. If one of our customers requires further information regarding the facilities and accessibility of a venue, direct communication needs to be held between the host venue and customer. Like It Love It are in no way responsible, and or liable for any failure in services directly and, or indirectly associated with the facilities of the host venue and how this may or may not be suitable for a person with any disability. If a customer is happy to book an event with Like It Love It, we take the position that the customer is happy to attend the event having considered the venue, deeming any and or elements of the show and premises appropriate for any reason. Any customer who purchases a Like It Love It event will be protected and governed by the same set of terms and conditions in this document
Marketing
– Photography and videography may be taken at the event and may be posted on our online platforms. On purchasing a ticket, you agree for Like It Love It & it’s Partners to use the material for promotional purposes.
Conduct
– The promoter/brand operates a zero-tolerance policy for any forms of verbal or physical abuse and/or discrimination throughout the event towards any promoters, venue staff or other guests. The Promoter and the Venue reserve the right to eject any person in contention of this clause without any compensation.
Performers
– No touching of performers, Drag Queens, DJ’s Event/Venue Staff is permitted throughout the duration of the event. Any inappropriate touching will result in immediate ejection of the event without compensation.
Purchases Error
– If you notice you have booked the wrong show, and meant to book a different show, you will need to contact us within 24 hours of your confirmation. We will do our best to move your purchase to the show you wanted subject to availability. Please note that all purchases remain non-refundable as per these terms and conditions.

Complaints
– Complaints will need to be reported within five working days of the event you attended please Contact Us. Failure to report any incidents will undermine the company’s efforts to resolve any disputes between either promoter and/or venue partners. Reporting a complaint after 5 working days will impact any obligation to resolve the issue reported. Allow a minimum of 7 working days for all complaints to be resolved.We aim to resolve any issues raised as quickly as possible. The process may take time due to communicating all complaints to the venues/suppliers to find a resolution.
Opinion
– We welcome feedback from our customers. Please note, if you have any issues following an event with us, it will need to be reported within five working days of the event you attended. Failure to report any incidents will undermine the company’s efforts to resolve any disputes between either us or venue partners. Reporting a complaint after 5 working days will impact any obligation to resolve the issue reported. Please Contact Us.
